The single most important thing
If you leave on your own or get kicked by admin, that's it, done. You can't come back. No negotiating, no "bro I'm sorry, my bad", no having friends plead your case.
Trying to sneak back in with a second number is pointless — we notice. So think before you hit that leave button. Your own finger pressed it.
Sounds cruel? It is. But read the reasoning below first — you'll get it.
Why These Rules Exist
Not strict for the fun of it. There's a reason.
Honestly, this group was built to be chill. At first there were no rules at all. Then a weird pattern showed up: someone joins, stays silent for five minutes, then just leaves. The next day they join again. Then leave again. No words, no issue — just in and out like they're trying on clothes.
Sounds trivial. But when ten people a day do that, the chat fills up with "so-and-so left", "so-and-so joined" notifications, and the members who are actually serious get turned off first. Worse, the in-and-out crowd often turns out to be contact-farming, stealing the member list to spam, or running away after causing trouble, then coming back pretending to be a newcomer.
So we made it strict once and for all: leave once, and it's over. Not because we hate you — we're just tired of managing a door that keeps getting slammed. This group is for people who actually want to be here, not people messing around.
Everything else on this page just follows from that one principle. Think before joining, and think a thousand times before leaving.
1 Leaving & Rejoining
The part that surprises people the most. Read it slowly.
Leaving on your own counts as final. Permanent. Don't ask again whether you can come back.
Kicked for breaking the rules? That's the blacklist — and that list is never deleted.
Rejoin requests get rejected automatically. Via link, via a friend who knows admin — same result.
Second number, office number, partner's number — all detected. Sneak back in and you'll be kicked again.
Getting someone else to sweet-talk admin only makes your position worse. Seriously, don't.
Messaging admin over and over while begging? You'll just get blocked on top of it — even more unpleasant.
Those who stay from the start and don't cause drama are perfectly fine. This rule will never touch you.
There's exactly one exception: leaving because of a technical issue. Lost phone, reset account, WhatsApp erroring out — things genuinely out of your control. The condition: report to admin within 24 hours, with proof. Past that, the general rule applies.
2 Behavior in the Group
The bare minimum so the group stays readable for everyone.
Use a readable name. Names full of weird symbols make it hard for admin to find you.
Be as relaxed as you want, just don't make others uncomfortable. The line is thin, but you know it when you see it.
Joke all you want, but never about someone's body, family, religion, or financial situation. That's not funny, that's obnoxious.
When asking something, just say what it is. Sending "P" then disappearing doesn't make anyone answer faster.
Scroll before asking. Most questions have already been answered — just a little further up.
Tag-all for non-urgent stuff. That makes dozens of people open their phones for nothing.
10 PM to 6 AM is quiet mode. Unless a server is down or an order comes in — different story.
Three-minute voice notes for something that fits in two typed lines. Not everyone can listen right now.
3 Promotion & Selling
The single most-violated rule. Not a joke.
Any promotion at all, admin permission first. Post without asking once and you're kicked immediately — no warning stage.
Promoting other groups or neighboring communities: no. Find members in your own yard.
A rival cloud gaming or PC rental service? Obviously no. Freeloading in someone else's group to make your own money is shameless.
Gambling, predatory loans, bogus investments, MLM. All of it: instant permanent kick, no discussion.
Shady short links, modded APKs, sketchy files. Don't spread them here.
DMing members one by one to pitch products. That's called stealing a contact list — and it's very noticeable.
Copy-pasting the same promo every day. Once is enough — people have read it.
For approved promoters: at most once a day, tidy format, and relevant to the group's topic.
Write it complete: what the item is, the price, the specs, where to contact you. Not just "DM if interested".
In the Channel, only admin can post. Members simply don't have that access, so don't ask.
Admin can delete your promo at any time without explaining why. If it got deleted, something didn't fit. Re-read this section instead of asking with an attitude.
4 Transactions, Rentals & Trading
Applies to Cloud Gaming, PC Rental, and account trading.
Negotiate and transact in DMs. The group is not the place for hours of haggling.
Big amounts? Go through admin or escrow. Waiting half an hour is far better than losing your money.
Selling hacked, stolen, or scam-sourced accounts. Caught = instant kick, and your details get announced.
Selling banned or limited accounts without telling the buyer. That's fraud, not a sales strategy.
Sellers honest about condition, buyers pay as agreed. It really is that simple.
Keep every chat log and transfer receipt. If something goes wrong later, that's the only thing that can save you.
Taking a deposit then vanishing. That's not "busy" — that's a scam.
Faking testimonials or paying friends for bogus reviews. It gets noticed, and the embarrassment lasts.
Haggling to the point of insulting someone's price. Not a match? Move along — no need to comment.
Transactions that go through admin or official escrow are guaranteed until completion. Outside that, we can't guarantee anything.
5 If You Get Scammed
There's a right way to do this, and there's a way that just makes noise.
Told to use escrow, you still went solo in silence, got scammed, then screamed in the group fishing for sympathy. Tough luck — that's on you.
The rules were posted big and clear from day one. You skipped them, ignored them, then blame the group. Come on now.
Spilling your sob story all over the group won't bring your money back. It just panics other members and sours the mood.
Blaming admin for a transaction admin knew nothing about. Admin is not your DM supervisor.
Accusing someone without chat logs and transfer receipts. No proof yet? Hold your horses.
Dragging the group's or XyCloud's name into your personal problems outside.
The right way: DM admin with complete evidence. The culprit gets kicked, blacklisted, and shared with other communities.
If the amount is big and the evidence is strong, take it to the police. A WhatsApp group has no power to recover money.
One more time so it sticks: transactions outside admin mean you carry the risk yourself. We'll still help kick and blacklist the culprit, but don't expect the money back. The rules were handed to you for free from the start.
6 For Those Who Won't Listen
Warned repeatedly but keeps going anyway.
Warned once, you repeat it. Warned twice, you repeat it again. That's not forgetfulness — that's deliberate.
Acting like you run the place when you're a guest. This is someone else's group, not yours.
Debating rules that are written down plainly. It won't be entertained — it just wastes both sides' time.
Pretending to be admin, or claiming to be close to admin, for special treatment. That just speeds up your kick.
Pitting members against each other or stirring the pot. This group is not a revenge soap opera.
Getting kicked, then building a rival group to talk trash. Go ahead — but the door here is closed forever.
Asking the same thing every single day even though it's been answered and it's right on this page.
Feel the rules are too strict? The exit door isn't locked. Nobody's holding you.
We're not chasing a member count. All we want is people who can read and follow. If those two things are too heavy for you, better leave now, while you still get to choose.
7 Instant-Kick Offenses
One strike and you're out. No warnings.
Bigotry, racism, insulting religion, hate speech.
Adult content and vulgar links in any form.
Online gambling, slot sites, and everything derived from them.
Spreading other members' personal data without consent.
Threatening members or admin. Joke or serious — treated exactly the same.
Screenshotting group chat and spreading it outside. It destroys everyone's trust.
Scamming members. This is the heaviest one, with the nastiest consequences.
8 What Happens If You Break Them
Applies to everyone, no matter how long you've been here.
First time: called out in the group. A little embarrassing, yes — so it sticks.
Second time: hard warning, and your name goes on admin's list.
Third time: permanent removal. And permanent here really means permanent.
Severe violations (scams, bigotry, adult content, gambling, malicious links): kicked that very second.
For scammers specifically: kicked, blacklisted, and your number announced to the group and other communities.
Long-time members get no immunity. Time served is not a license to do whatever.
Admin's decision is final. You may protest, and you'll be heard — but the outcome will almost certainly stay the same.
9 Channel Rules
Specific to the official Channel — different from the group.
The Channel is one-way. Only admin posts; members just read.
Every official announcement, price update, promo, and maintenance notice comes from there.
Info that isn't in the Channel and isn't confirmed by admin — treat it as a hoax until proven otherwise.
Spam reactions or trash comments on Channel posts.
Copying Channel posts and claiming them as your own service.
Setting up a fake Channel in XyCloud's name. It will be reported — and WhatsApp responds fairly quickly.
Leaving the Channel is free, rejoining is free too. The permanent rule only applies to the GROUP.
Don't mix them up: the Channel is free to leave and rejoin, the Group is not. A lot of people get this wrong and end up regretting it.
10 Privacy & Data
This part is dead serious — not for show.
Member numbers are only used for group purposes and transactions that were actually agreed to.
Storing, spreading, or selling other members' contacts to anyone.
Sharing photos, private chats, or a member's identity without their consent.
Spreading someone's login data or accounts. That's criminal territory — beyond group rules.
Admin never asks for OTP, PIN, passwords, or bank details. Someone asking? That's definitely a scammer — report it immediately.
Transaction evidence you send to admin is used only to resolve the case, nothing else.
This website uses no tracking cookies, stores no personal data, and runs no ads. The feedback you send is anonymous unless you fill in your own contact.
11 About Admin
So it's clear who decides what.
Admin can call you out, delete messages, and remove members at any time.
Admin can reject prospective members without having to explain why.
Admin can change or add rules at any time, effective immediately.
Admin can temporarily close the group when things get heated.
Admin is not 24/7 support. Replies come when there's time — be a little patient.
Admin does not cover transactions made without admin's knowledge. This is the most misunderstood rule of all.
Frequently asked questions
I left by accident — seriously can't come back?
You can, but only if you report it within 24 hours, the reason is genuinely technical, and you have proof. Past that, the general rule applies. No point pushing — the answer stays the same.
Why so strict about leaving and rejoining?
Because every single day someone would join then leave within minutes, for no reason. The notifications were noisy, and it turned out many were just contact-farming or fleeing after causing trouble. Rather than filtering people one by one, we made it strict across the board.
What's the difference between the Group and the Channel?
The Channel is one-way — only admin posts — and you're free to come and go anytime. The Group is two-way, and the permanent rule applies there: leave once, no coming back.
I want to change numbers — how does that work?
Tell admin before you switch, and the new number gets registered as your replacement. If you leave first without saying anything, it's hard — from admin's side it looks identical to an ordinary exit.
Can I sell stuff in the group?
Yes, as long as admin approves first, it's at most once a day, and it fits the group's topic. Not allowed: promoting other groups, rival services, gambling, and predatory loans.
I got scammed by a member — does admin compensate me?
No. If the transaction went through admin or escrow, we handle it to completion. If you went solo after being warned, that's your risk. The culprit still gets kicked and blacklisted — but the money is beyond us.
Why can't I talk about getting scammed in the group?
Because it solves nothing. The group just gets noisy and other members panic. Take your evidence to admin's DM — that's the route that actually goes somewhere.
I got kicked but I don't feel I did anything wrong — now what?
DM admin and ask for an explanation. We do explain. But if the decision is final, accept it. Making drama or a rival group only closes a door that was still slightly open.
Long-time members get to relax a little, right?
Nope. Time here isn't a license. The rules are the same for everyone — and long-time members should understand them best of all.
Can I use this policy for my own group or website?

Can the rules change?
Anytime. Changes are announced in the Group and Channel and take effect that same day. This page is always the latest version, so when in doubt, come back here.
